1. General

1.2 In these Terms, Candour Capital, we, us and our means Candour Capital Pty Ltd (ABN 46 624 618 971), an authorised representative (AFS Representative Number 001267726) of Candour Private Wealth Pty Ltd (AFSL 544396).

2. Wholesale clients only and jurisdiction
